So, not really feeling Amish in the sense that I want to turn off all my electricity and wear a bonnet...but MAN, I feel like I am working like an amish woman!
I'm all about a woman being a man's helper...I'm a little old fashioned and think a woman should take care of her household...but dang, it IS 2010! I can't do EVERYTHING by myself, especially when husband and I both work!
However, at least I can be thankful that all this carting my kid and husband around all over town is not done with a horse and buggy. And I suppose I'd much rather clean offices at night than go out and milk cows at 5am, and gladly I have a husband who is not named Jebediah and has a long beard.
Maybe I'm not feelin' so Amish now...
